A distant relation of Gunji-no-Kanrei Matsuhari Toranaga, Teramoto was appointed to command the Izanagi Warriors based on his recommendation, though Coordinator Yori Kurita only confirmed the promotion after a private interview with Teramoto. As part of the Coordinator's personal bodyguard, Teramoto and the Izanagi Warriors were based on Luthien, as of 3145.[1]
