Description
Entering a new era, BattleMechs blown the 100 tons limit with these impressive behemoths. Coming from a dark project so-called Rhodes Project in an unknown location, the Ares Colossal Class is the first representative of a new 'Mech breed. Better armored, better armed, and three legged, they were first seen during the Dark Age. Many claimed these 'Mechs were a fake. In fact, reality is really a dark omen. Needing 3 crew members to operate it's weaponry and the 'Mech itself, the Ares represent a new idea of BattleMech warfare... Indeed, these 'Mechs, weighing around 130 tons (depending the version) carry an arsenal that could shame an Atlas itself (from testimonies, the fire load looks like a complete regiment fire). Remaining at an experimental stage, many of the Great Houses try to find their homeworld, but these war beasts are already harvesting more and more worlds, their green lightning face orbit as a death and destruction omen...
