Terra Risner was a MechWarrior serving during the FedCom Civil War on the side of the Federated Suns. She served in the Davion Forward Guard before her capture by Steiner forces. She develops a personal hatred with House Steiner and James Kulin after being accepted into Omega Lead. After joining Ian, she would continue to help him liberate Kentares. Terra was known for her hatred for Steiner forces on the comm.[1]
