Colonel William Orfelt was the IIa (logistics officer) of the Star League Defense Force's III Corps as of 2764.[1]
History
Orfelt was the hero the Harlow River Dam Crisis on New Delos in 2759, when a dam on the Harlow River burst, flooding the nearby city of Harlow and leaving hundreds of thousands of individuals homeless. Orfelt organized the disaster response, feeding 200,000 refugees, for which he was awarded the Hegemony Medal.
By 2764, he had been assigned to III Corps by Major General Thea Lyons, as its IIa (logistics officer).[1]
