Lieutenant General Eun Jung Seong was the Ic (staff intelligence officer) for the Star League Defense Force's 192nd Jump Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Seong was tasked with investigating dissidents on Perdition in the Taurian Concordat, where the 192nd Jump Infantry Division maintained at least one Brigade in garrison, and considered the reduction of protests and violence in 2764 was the calm before an approaching storm.[1]
