Plot summary[edit]
With Case WHITE underway, ComStar moles on Terra including Sebastian Reginald, Bowie Industries' Director of Transportation, and Brent Rothschild, VP of Logistics, take up their clandestine work. However, office politics get in the way as Rothschild had been spied upon by a subordinate, which has revealed his secrets and compromises his and Reginald's plans. As a result, they are both killed and ComStar DropShips descending on Bowie's test flight facility find the air defense system fully operational in what should have been a secure landing zone.
