Konoe, with the Third An Ting Legion, was based on Alya as of 3145.[1] Being near the Combine border with the Rasalhague Dominion's Vega Protectorate, Konoe conducted an active and successful program of intelligence raids, gathering information on Omega Galaxy's deployments.[3]
