Major General Pericles Konstanopoulos was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 191st Royal Jump Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Major General Konstanopoulos was reputed to be a jovial man, as well as an excellent chef. While off-duty, he was often able to be found in the kitchen, and also cooked weekly dinners for his staff. Konstanopoulos demanded the best possible meals be provided to his troops, spot-checking every mess hall in the Division, and personally supervising a restaurant-worthy dinner for them monthly.[1]
