The Citizen Brigade became a home for the independant commands. I won't say their gone. Blackwind Lancers CAME BACK from Free Capellan renegades forces after Operation: Thunderbolt and 3074 Battle for Sian. I'd would just re-frame the entries as independant commands as being these are independent commands that existed through various eras.
