Lieutenant General Vanessa Abelard was the Ib (operations officer) of the Star League Defense Force's 8th Army as of 2764.[1]
History
A skilled combat officer, Abelard was appointed to assist 8th Army's commander General Amar Watanabe, as his capabilities were of a more political than military nature. Abelard kept the 8th Army following a strict training schedule, including joint exercises with Free Worlds League Military units.[1]
