Amanda Sigur Consadine was Outworlds Alliance Ambassador to the Federated Suns before and during the Reunification War, and was the negotiator chosen by Alliance President Grigori Avellar to lead on the covert talks that led to the secret Tancredi Accord in 2581.[1]
