The [[Free Worlds League]] and [[Draconis Combine]] raided the world many times during the [[Succession Wars (History)|Succession Wars]], but the mining operations continued to produce. Repairs and rebuilding to the plants kept them functioning, albeit at a lower rate. By [[2950]] however, nearly one-fifth (20%) of the mining operations production had been permanently lost.<ref name=DARWp182/> In [[3039]], Cor Caroli was raided by the Silver Hawks' [[Gryphons]] regiment.
