Colonel Hank Giles was the commander of the Second Filtvelt Citizen's Militia from at least 3145 to 3146.[1][2]
History[edit]
Giles, with the Second Filtvelt Citizen's Militia, was based on Filtvelt as of 3145.[1] He was however keen to send some of his troops to raid the Tortuga Dominions, to gain experience for his troops and reduce pirate attacks on the Filtvelt Coalition, and had been petitioning Prime Minister John Joseph Gardiner to allow this.[3]
