Colonel Shepard Donelda was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 121st Royal Dragoon Regiment as of 2764.[1]
History
The commander of the only Royal within LV Corps, and lacking the usual advanced equipment available to Royal units during to their posting in the Capellan Confederation, Donelda successfully worked with Capellan Confederation Armed Forces units to suppress bandits in her area of operations.[1]
