Phillip was a member of the 119th Nova Cat Striker Cluster during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

In January 3052, Phillip participated in the Battle of Luthien against Draconis Combine forces and the mercenary formations of the Kell Hounds and Wolf's Dragoons.[1]
