History
Brachall is a kind of broker who can put Mechwarriors in connection with Stablemasters. He works from the Seventh Heaven bar, located in Black Hills.[1]
Described as an entirely unpleasant man who charged an astronomical fee to put people in contact with the their target. Brachall could sense when another man was desperate and went for the kill (aka get more money). He shared the information only after a quick exchange of funds[2]
