Overview

Rosetta is a moon of Champollion terraformed by Rim Worlds Republic for easier access to it's mineral resources. Rosetta is known to have increased periods of tectonic and volcanic activity when each 150 years two stars of it's system approach the Champollion closer causing tidal interactions. At the time Rosetta plains are flooded with molten sulfur.

First sulfur flood happen after colonization and colonists were prepared, but for the second time, when there was no more Rim Worlds Republic the 14 million citizens colony was devastated. Since then colonists moved to less endangered area, far from Rosetta’s nearside to Champollion.

Moon is ruled by council, occasionally taken over by pirates using it as strike base.
