Palmer Yoshio (born 3??? - died 3???) was a Chu-sa in the DCMS, serving with the Eleventh Alshain Avengers.[citation needed]
Personal History
It is unknown if Palmer survived to his unit's destruction by the enraged Ghost Bears, but it is doubtful.
