History
Jo was from an obscure Gruber bloodline mixed with a paternal Hazen line that has resulting in his enormous size. After being passed over for Star Colonel Jo volunteered to serve as a Falconer at the Jade Falcon School of Conflict on Blackjack, and then served on the Ion Sparrow design team. Jo advocated the use of the Ion Sparrow as a training unit.[1]
