Major General David Fogerty was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 19th Infantry Division as at 2764.[1]
History
Fogerty struggled to maintain the experience level of his Division, which was stationed on the rich agricultural world of Repulse in the Capellan Confederation, as many of his soldiers were enticed into retirement by land grants and other benefits offered by the local planetary government.[1]
