David Fogerty was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Nineteenth Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Major General Fogerty struggled to maintain the experience level of his division, which was stationed on the rich agricultural world of Repulse in the Capellan Confederation, as many of his soldiers were enticed into retirement by land grants and other benefits offered by the local planetary government.[1]
