Vice Admiral Roger Willingham was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 112th Reconnaissance Squadron as of 2764.[1]
History
Vice Admiral Willingham was aware that as the leader of 11th Fleet's most mobile Squadron as of 2764, his force would be the first assigned to respond to any emergency, and therefore had them constantly train for high acceleration maneuvers and spaceborne asteroid assaults.[1]
