Tai-i Achara Adeyemi was a company commander in the Fifth Ghost in the closing days of the Dark Age.[1]

Adeyemi commanded a company comprised of the new RWN-01 Cricket BattleMechs during the Operation PERCEVAL raid of Franklin in mind June of 3147. The Fifth's lines were being bombarded by Antlions of the First Davion Guards, and Adeyemi ordered her Crickets into the enemy backfield to engage and distract the Antlions. During this clash Adeyemi leaped upon the back of an Antlion, and in a performance that both shocked and awed her comrades, proceeded to grapple with the Antlion as it tried to thrash her off. At one point she dangled from the Light Machine Gun mounted on its head. The stress of this caused serious damage to her chassis, but she managed to escape otherwise intact, and took the machine gun mounting with her. Following the battle she was given the appellation "Bronco Buster" and the machine gun was mounted above her service gantry as a war trophy.[1][2]
