Major General Addison "Kitty" Komiskey was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 133rd Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Stationed in the Lyran Commonwealth, Major General Komiskey's Division suffered from bad relations with the local population. Komiskey attempted to remedy this situation by running joint training exercises with Lyran units from the Coventry Military Academy, but competitive tensions during the wargames ended in a massive brawl between SLDF and Lyran troops, which ultimately made matters worse.[1]
