Bill Hasser was a Kavallerister in the KungsArmé before entering the Technician Caste of Clan Ghost Bear.[1]

History
Kavallerister Bill Hasser was an influential MechWarrior in the KungsArmé before being conquered by Clan Ghost Bear. Assigned to the Technician Caste, he clashed frequently with Dr. Greg Basham, an outspoken unificationist. In 3054 Rasalhague sovereignists detonated a bomb at the local garrison, rendering much of the Warriors there combat ineffective. The sovereignists then took to the streets to attack those they viewed as traitors to Rasalhague. Bill climbed into an isorla Locust BattleMech and was instrumental in blunting the attack. Initially brought before the Clan Council on charges of breaking caste law by possessing a weapon, Dr. Basham successfully argued for his release. The two men now work together as friends, trying to unify the two societies.[1]
