Duchess Catherine DeWinter was the Duchess of Sirius as of 2612.[1]
History[edit]
A member of the House of Scions, and thus Capellan nobility, DeWinter gave an opening speech to that body during its first session of 2612. In her speech, the Duchess extolled the permanence of nobility, calling it a raw energy which could not be destroyed. This speech was reported in the House of Scions' official transcript of its proceeding, the Official House Gazette, in 2613.[1]
