Colonel Dray Foster was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 29th Hussar Regiment from at least 2762 to 2764.[1]

History[edit]

Foster was a skilled solider, who was credited with leading his Regiment to an impressive number of victories against bandits over the period 2762 to 2764, along the Federated Suns / Capellan Confederation border.

He was believed by Star League Intelligence Command to have had an incident early in his career with Jane Williams, who later became Colonel of the 159th Hussar Regiment, resulting in a mutual loathing. This rivalry continued once the two Colonel led sister hussar Regiments, with Foster's greater success resulting in Williams' publicly denouncing him as a publicity hound and refusing to speak with him at staff conferences.[1]
