Fran Jeankins was the aide to the commanding officer of the Silver Hawk Irregulars as of 3050.[1]

History[edit]

Colonel Jeankins, serving under General Martha Zuritas, was executive officer of the Free Worlds League's Silver Hawk Irregulars in 3050 and retained the position by 3059.[1][2]
