Major General Henry Matoskah was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Sixty-fifth Jump Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Matoskah identified as Sioux, and some elements of his culture were adopted by his Division, with most of its troops electing to carry Tomahawk. These cultural preferences included a belief in working with nature, which on the Sixty-fifth's garrison world of Landmark, he expressed by training his Jump Infantry to take advantage of the constant strong winds.[1]
