Basic Description[edit]
The Lion Mole, colloquially nicknamed a "gopher", is a hexapedal burrowing predator found on Randall's Regret. Lion moles are aggressive enough to attack not only cattle but also people, growing to at least three meters in length; large-bore firearms for hunting them are colloquially known as 'Gopher guns'. Buildings apparently require solid ferrocrete bases in order to keep Lion Moles at bay.[1]
