Martin Masar was the commanding officer of the Warren Capellan March Militia as of 3062.[1]
History
Leftenant General Masar, serving with the Warren CMM, was stationed on Warren in 3062. A career soldier with little inclination for politics, Masar's forthright manner had earned him many enemies. Masar chose to treat these foes like he would a battlefield opponent: directly and without compromise. Numerous planetary rulers who sought to undermine Masar's position found their lands the site of unscheduled March Militia exercises.[1]
