Colonel Shepard Donelda was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 121st Royal Dragoon Regiment as of 2764.[1]

The commander of the only Royal unit within LV Corps, and lacking the advanced equipment usually available to Royal units due to their posting in the Capellan Confederation, Donelda successfully worked with Capellan Confederation Armed Forces units to suppress bandits in her area of operations.[1]
