Major General Svetlana Kolesnikova was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Second Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Leading a traditionally Russian Division, while stationed in the Magistracy of Canopus, Kolesnikova set up a number of community festivals with the local population to help exchange cultural traditions.[1]
