I've updated this table to match the entry in Total Warfare. As the table is available for free DL from Catalyst, and the original material is linked to from here I feel the page is appropriate as a game aid reference. See also the CBT Tables and that talk page for further comment. I have also sent a letter to CGL to see if they have any position or preference to how the material is presented here.
