I have no idea if this is the case or not, but a huge section of this article seems to be written from the an in-universe source, making me think it came directly from an actual product, leading to a BattleTechWiki:Copyrights. Can someone explain this to me? ClanWolverine101 20:53, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

:The original essay was attributed as "Author: BattleTech 3056 MUSE", and may have been taken off some one's fansite. As the article has been edited and updated numerous times since its first re-posting here, it is no longer considered an essay by that first 'unknown' author alone. As for it being from an official source verbatim, I doubt it and believe it is copyright-free until demonstrated otherwise. (However, it certainly needs citations.)--Revanche (talk|contribs) 21:35, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

The original essay was attributed as "Author: BattleTech 3056 MUSE", and may have been taken off some one's fansite. As the article has been edited and updated numerous times since its first re-posting here, it is no longer considered an essay by that first 'unknown' author alone.
