Production

Dropships and Jumpships has the Star Lord only being produced in two states, as does 3068(?). Yet by Objective Raids Star Lords are produced in Davion, Marik, and Combine space. Error, oversight, or reestablished construction?--Trynnallen 17:41, 11 January 2011 (UTC)

There's the lingering notion that the Star Lord is somewhat rare, but it is in use by all factions. I couldn't find any reference to only two states producing it in the TRO 3057 and cannot access DS & JS from here. Can you elaborate on what exactly the sources say, and where?
