Major General Terrence Karpinski was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 50th Royal Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Karpinski used his Divisions Royal status to divert supplies and equipment away from other units within LIII Corps, increasing tensions within the Corps. Corps CO Major Thomas Mopp sought to address these problems by co-locating the Division with his headquarters, in the hope his personal attention could cure their arrogance.[1]
