The Phelidere Project was a fictional tri-vid feature, loosely based around outlandish theories which had grow up in respect of the fate of the lost DropShip Paymon's Staff, including those involving supernatural forces, wormholes, the Minnesota Tribe, the New Vandenberg White Wings, and Clinton's Cutthroats stealing the ship using advanced technologies developed in the deep Periphery.[1]
