Yvonne Morticia was a member of the mercenary unit Team Banzai. She was generally considered to be as unusual as the rest of that command, and she has been described as looking like "she slinked out of a vampire video". Yvonne named her black Orion the Lurch, and declined the offer of a newer 'Mech; she stated that Lurch was just too close a friend.

She served Team Banzai not only as a line MechWarrior, but also as a DropShip pilot and as the commander of their JumpShip, the Nth Dimension. Yvonne was noted as being a superb gunner, and regarded her battlefield opponents with a little contempt for their sub-standard skills.[1]
