Tom Payne was a competitor in the Solaris Games during the era of the FedCom Civil War.[2]
History & Tactics[edit]
He was to fight Karl Edwards in the Steiner Coliseum during the Fifth day of the 3062 Grand Tournament. That fight was a grudge match outside the tournament.[2]

He piloted a Steiner-variant Hunchback.[1]
