The company was founded in 1990 by Martin Klíma. At its start, it principally sold products for the role-playing game Dragon's Lair. In 1993, it expanded its offering of published games to includes games license from other countries or publishing houses. It published the third and fourth editions of BattleTech under the localized name BattleTech: Souboj OBRů v 31. století, together with a Czech translation of the Tales of the Black Widow Company scenario pack.
