Colonel Foster 'Viper' Voss was a member of the 6th Marik Militia in the early to mid thirty-first century.[1]

History
Foster Voss participated in the fighting during the Andurien Secession. Foster was the commander of the Twenty-third Marik Reconnaissance Regiment while it was assigned to the 6th Marik Militia during the fighting on the Zelana Plains against the 5th Defenders of Andurien.[2][1]
