The Viper's Fang was a Broadsword-class DropShip in service with Clan Steel Viper.
In 3053, several weeks or months after the Battle of Tukayyid, a team of Steel Viper operatives (implicitly MechWarriors) was assigned the Viper's Fang for a special mission into the Inner Sphere that involved tracking down and eliminating descendants of the Not-named Clan's Hallis bloodline that independently survived in the Inner Sphere. On this mission the Viper's Fang was the sole DropShip carried by its (unspecified) JumpShip.[1]
