Biography
Jake Rule was a Word of Blake Precentor that lead the 4th Division since its formation until at least 3067.[1][2]
He was extremely friendly and outgoing. Rule actually ran among the tightest Divisions in the Blakist Militia, well aware his troops and machines must be constantly maintained at their best to pull off the dangerous maneuvers that were the Division's hallmark. Rule was a member of the True Believer faction.[1]
