Rico San Lucas was he owner of The Riever a bar in Montenegro (Solaris VII where pilots come to relax. He decorated it by a full-size mock up 100-ton Marik Riever fighter hanging from the ceiling. Non-pilots can expect ribbing.
He was known for turning a blind eye when his pilot patrons did something illegal.[1]
