By October 3067, Yamashi was struggling with an unusual file. For the past years, the ISF had captured and disposed of strange agents inserted in Draconis space by the Capellan Confederation: Blakist spies conditioned to believe they worked for the Federated Commonwealth. Progress on this confusing file was slow.[1]
