Lieutenant Alicia Ramsay was a MechWarrior in the Spider’s Web Battalion of Wolf’s Dragoons during the time that Wolf’s Dragoons were employed by the Draconis Combine to conquer the worlds of the Draconis Reach. Ramsay worked closely with her starmate Lieutenant Caitilin Roth and the two were described as ‘inseperable.’[1]
