I didnt have time right now to do much more than get the biography template into place, but that will at least get it prepared for further editing later. --Basara 16:16, 16 February 2007 (CST)

celtic vs. gaelic

Is there a clear opinion on whether it is celtic or gaelic (and if it is, please specify between irish, welsh, and scottish). And afaik, it is not scottish or welsh gaelic. And what is it called in-universe? — The preceding unsigned comment was posted by Onisuzume (talkcontribs) on 21 May 2009.

Judging solely from googled baby name websites, it appears to be Irish Gaelic. --Scaletail 19:06, 21 May 2009 (PDT)
Phelan is the anglicized version of Faolan, which is an Irish name meaning "little wolf." Behind the name for Phelan, Behind the Name for Faolan. --Peregry 20:02, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
