Altheon Ballistic Dynamics was a New Earth manufacturer which became noted during the early days of the Terran Hegemony. The company was commissioned by Field Marshal Mears Coblitz, the Commanding General of the Terran Hegemony's armed forces to produce a new command vehicle for newly formed Hegemony Army. The company produced Dunning Mobile Tactical Command Post for the Terran Hegemony and later the Star League's SLDF until the 27th Century.[1]
