History
Officer
Colonel Riel has a bad health and command the unit only when the doctor feels he is fit for that.
Tactic
The mercs use the mobile components to pin a enemy in place, then the heavies deliver the final blow.
Support
The command has few support asset (50 % technical support) and no transport assets.
